The terms and conditions set out below govern your use of the Law-7 website. By using our website, you accept these terms and conditions.

Legal Notices

Law-7 Limited (Law-7) is a private limited liability company incorporated in England and Wales (registration number 8792308). The directors of Law-7 are Jonathan Beards (domiciled in the United Kingdom) and Peter Elliott (domiciled in Australia). Jonathan Beards was until recently a practising solicitor in England and Wales and was also admitted to and previously practised in South Australia. Peter Elliott is a non-practising solicitor who previously practised in England and Wales for fifteen years and was also admitted to and previously practised in New South Wales.

Law-7 entered a joint venture agreement with Eqalex Proprietary Limited (EPL), a company registered in New South Wales, Australia (registration number 44118946044). EPL has agreed to supply Law-7 with Intellectual Property on which UK Value Added Tax is not chargeable.

Law-7 and EPL are not firms of solicitors and are unregulated legal services entities : they do not advise or represent clients nor do they operate as any form of legal management or advisory companies. Law-7 and EPL do not conduct reserved activities as defined by the Legal Services Act 2007 which are carried out by solicitors and barristers. Law-7 and EPL may work in collaboration with third parties including law firms and barristers and have notified their association with certain barristers to the Bar Standards Board, as required by the Bar Code Handbook.

Law-7 Ltd is a start-up company. It is not registered for Value Added Tax in the United Kingdom as it does not yet render any charges to clients at the present time.
